Follow the instructions to set a new password. The whole process takes under two minutes. OTPs expire quickly so complete the reset right away.

You can request a temporary self-exclusion or permanent account closure through your account settings or by contacting live chat support. Deposits & Withdrawals

For security and fraud prevention, withdrawals must go to a payment method registered in your own name — ideally the same JazzCash wallet or bank account used for the deposit. In-play or live betting means you can place bets while a match is already in progress. For a PSL T20, for example, you can bet on the next wicket, the runs in the current over or the final total after watching several overs first. If a cricket match is abandoned before the minimum number of overs required for a result (typically as defined by DLS rules), most match winner bets are voided and your PKR stake is returned in full. In-play bets placed before the stoppage follow specific settlement rules that are detailed in the Terms and Conditions. Bets on markets where a result was already determined before the stoppage are settled normally.

Yes, cash-out is available on selected markets and matches. When cash-out is offered on your open bet, a Cash Out button appears in your bet history with the current value. You can take a partial win or cut your losses before the final result. The available cash-out amount changes in real time based on live odds. Not all markets support cash-out — check your active bets in your account for eligibility.
